Captain Jack's Santa Barbara Tours is in compliance with the regulations of the Public Utilities Commission and carries all necessary licenses and insurance for the protection of our guests. We also adhere to the State of California's Pull Program, which requires random drug and alcohol testing of our drivers. PUC # 22256
