The variety of our fleet allows us to accommodate groups of any size. We use SUVs that hold 4, 7 or 8 people, as well as passenger vans that hold 11 or 14. Mini-buses, full size buses and luxury coaches are available for larger groups. We can handle your transportation needs to and from anywhere along the central coast or southern California. Our knowledgable drivers make us the perfect choice for sporting events, airport drop-off and pick-up and of course any of Captain Jack's tour choices. This coach will offer all of the finest amenities, including wrap-around sofa-style seating, flat screen TVs, audio entertainment system and more. Luxurious enough for even the most demanding clientele. Can accommodate groups of up to 35 people. Available for your next large group wine tasting tour, wedding party, or just to cruise around town in style!

Winery Dinner Groups of 20 - 200

One of our most popular events! Start with a late afternoon wine tasting at one or two wineries, followed by a fully catered dinner at one of the Santa Ynez Valley's premier wineries. Experience the beautiful views of the vineyards and the rolling hills while enjoying a delicious Chicken & Tri-Tip BBQ dinner. This event can be completely customized based on your groups budget and any time constraints. Some options we have done in the past include: large group tours of the wine making process, barrel room tastings, live bands with dinner & more. Large group wine tours of the Santa Ynez valley can be customized to fit your groups timing and budget. Take advantage of Captain Jack's knowledge of the area as well as our vendor relationships to put together a great day of wine tasting for your employees, friends, or family. Sunset Dinner CruiseGroups of 15 - 49

Relax and enjoy a fabulous casual buffet Santa Barbara sunset dinner cruise while sailing along Santa Barbara's pristine coastline. Begin your dinner cruise with your favorite beverage from the bar and conclude with the sun setting as you return to shore. This 50' Catamaran is known for its stability and comfort. Default cruise duration is 2 hours but can be extended to fit your groups needs. We also offer breakfast and lunch cruises. There are a wide variety of delicious menu options to fit any budget. Wine Blending Competition Groups of 8 - 40

The wine blending competition is a great mix of fun and education. This event includes door-to-door transportation. The evening will begin with a delicious dinner before we head to a local winery in downtown Santa Barbara where you will have a chance to meet the wine maker. After some lessons in wine making, your group will be split in to 3 teams. Each team will be given 3 different grape varietals and must work together to come up with their perfect blend. The winemaker will taste each groups final blend before declaring a winner. To top it off, each guest will get to take home a bottle of the wine they made.

Santa Barbara City Sightseeing TourGroups of 4 - 50

This fully narrated tour includes the beautiful areas of Montecito and Hope Ranch as well as the downtown area of Santa Barbara. You will see the Santa Barbara Missions, Stearn's Wharf, the old Presidio and the historic downtown area of Santa Barbara. Our guides will share information and history of these locations as well as the histroy of the city itself. We also like to stop at the Santa Barbara Courthouse, where you'll be invited to climb the clock tower (or take the elevator!) which offers one of Santa Barbara's most beautiful views. This tour gives a great feel for the city while offering some beautiful views along the way.

Land & Sea ToursGroups of 8 - 47

This amphibious vehicle can be reserved exclusively for your group of up to 47 passengers for virtually any type of event at almost any time, day or night. This vehicle can be used for group parties, or for an extra charge it can be a fully narrated city & harbor tour. Paint Ball Courses Groups of 10 - 40

The pulse pounding, adrenaline pumping excitement of paintball is a great team building activity. Team members plan strategy and design plays to gain the winning edge. As action unfolds, communication among teammates is critical. The Speedball field is a team event, pitting 2 teams against each other in a fast paced capture the flag style game. The Woodsball field is for players that like a slower paced game. Teams start at opposite ends of a large wooded area and must move downfield quietly and tactfully while communicating with hand signals so as not to give their positions away. Finally, there is the accurate shooter course, an individual speed and aim competition. Too much fun!

Paragliding Groups of 2 - 12

Santa Barbara's world class paragliding hill offers one day lessons for participants 11 years old and up with no prior experience necessary. Participants will practice ground control by jogging with the paraglider over head getting a feel for the steering controls. After a few practice runs its time to take your first flight under radio supervision. Most participants are simply amazed they are able to launch, fly, and land the world's most evolutionary aircraft many times on their very first day. We encourage you to organize a family outing, bachelor party, team building event, or birthday party for what has to be one of the most unique adventures on the planet.

Full Day Combination Tours Groups of 4 - 40

Combine a morning kayak session at Refugio Beach followed with an afternoon horseback ride with a stop for lunch in the middle. Or, hike Trespass Trail and take in the beautiful views of the Pacific and the Channel Islands, followed by a soak in the natural hot spring. You can also combine any of these activities with many of our other tours such as wine or beer tasting, paint ball, skeet shooting, or even finish the day with a relaxing sunset sailing cruise!

Group Kayaking Groups of 8 - 40

The Santa Barbara coastline offers incredible views of the American Riviera by kayak. Captain Jack’s Tours offers a 2 hour harbor kayak tour, a 3 hour coastal tour, and a spectacular 2 hour paddle at the famous “Smuggler’s Cove”. We use extra wide oversized kayaks to ensure the most comfortable and safe ride possible. All tours include life vests, paddles and a kayak orientation / lesson. This tour is great for kids and adults alike, and no kayaking experience is necessary. Wwe can accommodate 40 people at a time or two groups of 40 back to back for a maximum of 80 people. Group Horseback RidingGroups of 8 - 40

This is a great group event for ages 7 and over. No horseback riding experience is neccesary. This is one of the most beautiful trail rides in California. The ride begins just above sea level, criss-crosses through a beautiful forest, and passes a seasonal waterfall before reaching the top of a nearby mountain where you will enjoy scenic ocean views. This is a great stop for pictures! The ride lasts 1.5 hours and we can accommodate two groups of 40 back to back for a maximum of 80 people. Private Channel Islands Kayaking Groups of 12 - 28

Captain Jack's Tours is proud and excited to offer this all day adventure to the Channel Islands National Park. Your group will have a private vessel, allowing you to change course at any time during the day. This means if we have a chance to view Grey Whales we have the ability to get up close and personal. We also can stop in a private cove and your group can swim. Of course the highlight of the day will be kayaking in and around the sea caves of Anacapa Island. Your friendly, knowledgeable and experienced guides will help you navigate through a spectacular day of exploring sea caves, coves, and the rugged Anacapa coast.

Sailing Regatta Groups of 6 - 36

Organize your group into teams of 6 or less and participate in a sailing race on the Santa Barbara Yacht Club's championship race course. No sailing experience is necessary, as all Captains are knowledgable sailors who are accustomed to working with all levels of sailing ability from novice to expert. Once on the water, the captain will demonstrate various aspects of racing including taking the helm, sail trim, points of sail and tacking. Challenge old boundaries, build trust and tear down old fears by working together as a well oiled machine. A great choice for team building!

Fishing Trips Groups of 4 - 47

We offer a variety of fishing trips for groups small and large. Groups of 6 or less people can enjoy a private fishing trip to the channel islands, along the Santa Barbara coast, or inland on Lake Cachuma. You can also private charter a 65' deep-sea fishing boat for full or half day fishing trips. Rod, bait, tackle, and fishing licenses can all be provided, and staff is on hand to help you "catch on" and clean your fish! This is a very popular trip especially in the summer months, so if you are interested please book early.
