Donna Blackie has enjoyed the great outdoors her entire life. She loves to share her "love of nature" with all our guests. This love of nature, combined with Donna's medical background (certified nursing assistant) makes her a perfect fit to guide Captain Jack's guest's through the Gaviota Coast. Donna was a member of the "Montecito Trails Foundation", and now can't believe she get's paid to have all this fun!

Captain Jack (aka Mark Hicks) started Captain Jack's Santa Barbara Tours to seek, find, and develop the most spectacular outdoor tours on the central coast. These tours are designed to provide a world class experience. No rock has been left unturned (pun intended). These tours provide the perfect combination of physical activities enjoyed at a pace that allows guests to pause, breathe, and take in the beauty of the area. These tours are all inclusive; everything is provided. Guests can enjoy the day knowing Captain Jack and his guides have previewed and experienced the tour, to insure a safe, unique, experience which will arouse the senses, sending you home with a renewed and enhanced view of the world.

Christopher Villavicencio is a local to Santa Barbara who enjoys the various activities our area has to offer. I have been instilled with a thirst for adventure from a very young age. This love for adventure and travel has taken me across the globe--I have backpacked across Europe, trekked in the rolling countryside hills and mountains of the Ethiopian Highlands, and have also hiked and camped in various National Parks such as Yosemite, Zion, Yellowstone, Bryce, etc. I currently enjoy hiking, rock climbing and bouldering in the Santa Inez mountain range that surrounds Santa Barbara County. Working for Captain Jack's, I get to share in guest's adventures in our area. My hope for our guests is that they have fun, safe (I am certified in First Aid), and enjoyable experiences while making memories that will last for years to come.

Bob Westwick is a native of Santa Barbara and has enjoyed all types of water sports since a child.  Additionally, I have backpacked many times in the wilderness areas behind Santa Barbara , so I guess you could say I'm a pretty active guy.  Now, with Captain Jack's, I can do all of this and also meet many of the wonderful people who are visiting our area in the process. I very much enjoy playing the role of host to our wonderful city, and as a native of the area I am pleased to offer you restaurant recommendations and suggest other activities you might enjoy while you visit us in Santa Barbara.  We want to make sure you enjoy your trip with us and your stay in the area, so anything we can do to assist in that please just ask!  I hope to meet you soon on one of our great trips.
